S. Owens Studio is a Texas based residential design studio contributing thoughtful architecture through multidisciplinary collaboration.
We begin with an on site analysis, along with researching the city and community requirements. During this phase we will also write a building program to determine size, cost and quality specifications.
Engaging with the client in comprehensive discussions, we will collaborate on your vision and start designing floor plans and elevations.
Preparing construction documents that communicate effectively in the field is essential to success. We will provide detailed drawings and visual aides to ensure for a more accurate build.

Using a client design driven approach, we work with individuals and builders to design custom residential properties.
